Working in our conversion building you will be trained, in house, on all aspects of the conversion process. You will receive a training program and a progression career plan with achievable targets that can lead to skilled, multi skilled and/or leadership positions which all result in the appropriate salary enhancement. We believe in rewarding individuals who show they are committed; who are flexible; who can work within a team and have a “can do” attitude and want to be part of a successful business, as they progress through the organisation.

The positions, after training, will allow you to perform various tasks, from maintaining and operating the machinery, to transferring products and equipment or using power tools and forklift trucks. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your work area is kept clean, tidy and functional at all times.
